Hello everyone and welcome to my  corner of the web! My name is Tim Flynn and I'm a Senior Digital Product Manager, with a passion for all things digital and a love for creating great user experiences.

I've spent the last few years working at USAA, where I've been leading the development, launch, and management of personalization features on both mobile and desktop platforms. I've driven over $50 million in cost savings and incremental revenue, all while maintaining a roadmap for new features and managing agile ceremonies for my team.

In addition to my product management skills, I also bring expertise in brand strategy and research. I've managed the planning and implementation of omni-channel personalization platforms and integrated third-party tools for dynamic content profiling and AI-driven recommendations.

But enough about work! When I'm not making digital products better, I love to get creative with some improv comedy, explore  Chicago with my wife and 3 boys, and unwind watching Villanova Wildcats basketball.
